John Wellington joined Nordlund Associates Inc. in 2024 to support the brokerage team in Boston’s inner-city suburbs. Previously, he worked as a commercial real estate advisor with RE/Max 360, where he was recognized as one of the top producers in the US in 2023.
A former U.S. Army Staff Sergeant, John served as a Tank Commander in Iraq in 2003, where he earned the Army Commendation Medal for Valor. After Iraq, he participated in Hurricane Katrina relief operations, to aid in disaster recovery.
Following his military service, John managed security at the Venetian and Palazzo hotels in Las Vegas. He implemented advanced security protocols, coordinated protection for VIPs, and trained staff in crisis management.
John holds a certificate in commercial real estate development from Cornell University and a Bachelor degree in Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
John has a passion for motorcycles and enjoys traveling with his family. Together, they explore destinations like Key West, Germany, and New Hampshire’s Lakes Region.
