Benjamin Robblee, joins Nordlund Associates in 2026, with extensive experience advising institutional owners, private investors and occupiers across office and industrial properties.
Prior to joining Nordlund Associates, Benjamin held positions with CBRE, Red Bison Technologies, and Fieldstone Commercial Properties Inc., where he advised both corporate occupiers and property owners on portfolio strategy, asset positioning, and operational efficiencies. Over the course of his career, Benjamin has been involved in more than 400 commercial real estate transactions totaling over $420 million in value and approximately 3.25 million square feet.
Benjamin earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Management focus from California Baptist University.
Outside of his professional activities, Benjamin is active in his church and local community on the North Shore. He previously served as a Trustee of Providence Christian College and remains committed to supporting educational and community-focused organizations. An Eagle Scout, he brings a service-oriented mindset, integrity, and persistence to both his professional and personal endeavors.
