North Andover, MA – Chris Everest of Nordlund Associates, Inc. negotiated the sale of 49 Orchard Hill Road, North Andover MA, a 28,800 SF Industrial / Flex Building. The building sold for $4,000,000. Nordlund represented the Seller, AAA Northeast, and secured the Buyer, Kaloutas & Co. The property was previously Owner occupied by AAA with a regional corporate office, and automotive services facility providing roadside assistance to members in Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire. AAA has reached agreement with Kaloutas & Co. to lease a portion of the building with a satellite facility for its automotive services.
