Danvers, MA – Jayson Rhuda, formerly engaged by Mohr Partners’ Boston office, joins Nordlund Associates with over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry specializing in tenant representation. Jayson will continue advisory services as a Tenant Representative and as part of the Nordlund Team expanding his engagements to include representation of Landlords and Investors.
Jayson began his career in real estate in 1995 with CRF Partners, a Boston-based full-service tenant representation firm. Throughout his tenure with CRF Partners, Jayson represented several corporate clients including Mitsubishi Research Laboratories and Ardent Software.Jayson joined Mohr Partners in 2003 and employed their platform in real estate strategies to better serve his corporate clients. As a member of Mohr Partner’s National Tenant representation, he provided advisory services to companies including Kroll, Diebold, Interline Brands, FutureWei, Bigband Networks, Stantec and VistaCare.
Jayson is a graduate of Clarkson University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution.
