SALEM, NH – Kevin Olson and Rick Bartley of Nordlund Associates, Inc. have brokered the sale of 11 Klein Drive, Salem, NH, a 53,415 square foot Industrial/Flex facility situated on a 22 acre lot. The sale price was $4,625,000.
Olson and Bartley represented the seller, Klein Marine Systems, Inc. in the transaction. Rusty Brooks, LLC was represented by Anthony Triglione and Rick Bartley of Nordlund Associates, Inc.
