The approximately 37,500 SF building on 4.23 acres was purchased by Wicklow Realty, LLC from Grow to Show, LLC. According to the Buyer, Wicklow Realty, LLC, “We engaged Rick Bartley and Anthony Triglione, of Nordlund to locate a property to facilitate the expansion of our company. They were able to locate an off market opportunity that allowed us to grow the company with an additional 10,000 square feet of expansion.” The property sold for $5,700,000 which equals $152 per square foot.
