Amesbury, MA – Anthony Triglione and Rick Bartley, of Nordlund Associates recently represented the Buyer, Coastal Connections, Inc. in the purchase of the former Sparhawk School – a 20,000 SF facility on 17 +/- acres in Amesbury, MA. Coastal Connections will be relocating their current operation from its facility at 35 Water Street in Amesbury.

Plus, since the property was previously used for educational purposes, it is fairly close to move-in ready for us with minimal renovation expenses.
