Nordlund Associates, Inc. Negotiates Sale of 1 Industrial Drive, Danvers MA
Danvers, MA – Chris Everest, President of Nordlund Associates, Inc. and Chris Decembrele of Jones Lang Lasalle negotiated the sale of 1 Industrial Drive, a 46,547 SF multi tenanted flex building on Rt. 1 for $5,800,000. Everest represented the seller, One Industrial Drive, LLC, in the transaction. Chris Decembrele of JLL represented the buyer Rhino Capital.
