Epping, NH – Nordlund Associates recently represented the Buyer, IBEW 104 – OSHE in the purchase of a 22.4 acre parcel of land on Fresh River Rd., Epping, NH from 101 Investments, LLC
and listed by the Boulos Company. The pad ready site was permitted to construct a 107,000 square foot industrial facility although the Buyer intends to phase into the property and initially construct a smaller 15,000 SF building. According to Ryan Demeritt, Safety Director for the Buyer, IBEW 104 OSHE, “We engaged Rick Bartley and Anthony Triglione, of Nordlund to locate a property with the right specifications to facilitate the relocation of our existing training facility in Barrington, NH. Given the ever increasing demand for upgrading the electrical grid infrastructure, this new site will allow us to expand both our indoor and outdoor training facilities to facilitate the training of high voltage electrical line workers from all over the Northeast. Rick and Anthony paid attention to our needs and helped guide us through the entire process.” The property sold for $5,000,000.
